1. PowerEdge M1000e – Just the enclosure to house the servers.
10U Modular Blade Enclosure Optimized for Dell M-Series Blade. It is a 10U modular enclosure and holds up to sixteen half- height blade servers or 8 full-height blade servers (We have sixteen half-height blade servers).

2. Dell PowerVault MD3000i Modular Disk Storage Array
Has 15 Hard Drives 3.5-inch SAS or SATA hot-pluggable hard drives, at speeds of 7.2K).
The PowerVault MD3000i is a high performance iSCSI Storage Area Network (SAN) designed to deliver storage consolidation and data management capabilities in an easy to use, cost effective solution.
3. PowerVault MD1000 direct attached storage Array.
Is connected to the MD3000i above to extend the storage area. It looks the same as MD3000i but is just an expansion, the back differs. Has 15 Hard Drives 3.5-inch SAS or SATA hot-pluggable hard drives, at speeds of 7.2K). Up to three PowerVault MD1000 expansion enclosures can be daisy- chained together giving you 15, 30, and 45 mixed disk drives options.
4. PowerEdge M610 blade server
The PowerEdge M610 blade server are inserted into the M1000e modular blade enclosure
5. PowerEdge 2420 24U Rack Enclosure
Houses all the above. Has Lockable doors at the front and rear
6. PowerVault TL2000 Tape Library
For backup and archiving. We have two of these.
Backup: Create on-site backup copies of data, using the rewritable media.
Archiving: Create permanent, portable archive copies of data using WORM (Write Once, Read Many) capability. WORM creates data copies that cannot be overwritten
7. 1U KMM Console with Touchpad Keyboard and 17 LCD, Versa Rails
The Dell™ 1U KMM / KVM Console is mounted withing the rack as a system administrator’s control station
8. 1 iKVM switch and Dell Power Connect 2724 Switch
The Avocent® iKVM (integrated keyboard, video, mouse) switch, an analog KVM switch integrated into the Dell PowerEdge™ M1000e modular blade enclosure, is designed to let administrators easily view, monitor and manage each of the 16 server blades in the PowerEdge M1000e via the console above and to provide access to the Dell Chassis Management Controller (CMC) for management and power control.
