Vision and Mission
The Library’s vision is to make the Library a pathway to current and relevant medical information round the clock and the mission of the library and the librarians is to facilitate access to and usage of information for research, teaching and learning.

Brief details
The Library is the hub of all the scholarly process in any good medical school. Current and relevant information sources are particularly vital if lecturers, researchers and students are to keep abreast with new challenges in medical practice and currently published researches geared at curbing the same. Situated at the main campus, the Library is open to registered staff and students, alumni, externals from affiliate health and medical institutions, and high school students wishing to enroll for various programmes. It is has an estimated 30,000 volumes of books besides subscribing to about 20 journal titles with access to over 20,000 full text electronic journal articles.
