Students who were not cleared by the Library in 2009 will not be given their Reader's Tickets and neither will Book Bank be distributed to them till they will have sorted out their issues.

If a book is lost, replacement cost includes 25% handling charge. This should be payable at the Cashier's Office.  User pocket replacement cost is K40 each payable at the deparmental secretary. However, unlike book replacement costs, pocket replacement payments are not refundable should lost pockets be found.

Students who incur overdue fine during the course of the 2010 academic year will no longer be allowed to borrow any other library material pending payment of the fine.
