Pharmacy students at CMST

From March 24th to May 6th, 2015, the 4th year BPharm students will carry out practical assignments at Central Medical Stores South. These assignments are part of the course PHA 406 Drug & Medical Supplies Management and provide practical experience in applying Good Storage Practice and Good Distribution Practice guidelines.

These assignments became possible through the initiative of Marsel Opperman, Country Manager of Imperial Health Sciences (IHS) in Malawi. Our thanks also go to David Kulemela, Chief Pharmacist of CMST South, to Cosmas Sawamba and Tiwonge Ngonda, Pharmacists of CMST, and to Denver Raisi of IHS.
