Official Launch of the Msc Antimicrobial Stewardship Online Program by UKZN and University of Malawi College of Medicine

The College of Medicine in collaboration with University Kwazulu Natal (UKZN),University of Tromsol(UIT) and instituto superior de ciencias e saude(ISCISA) ,won a Norhed grant under the Name Antimicrobial Stewardship and conservancy in Africa.
The project aimed at improving Health services delivery in Low and Middle income countries(LMIC) such as Malawi through refurbishing of existing National reference Microbiology Laboratory at Community Health Sciences Unit(CHSU), and establishing of an online Masters Program at University of Malawi the college of medicine.
The College of Medicine developed the online master’s program known as MSc in Health Science (Antimicrobial Stewardship).
To support the delivery of masters program the project purchased a server to brief up the internet service at the College of Medicine, so that students can easily access contents of the online Masters Program.
